Convenient constructor that should be used in the majority of cases.
wxBannerWindow ( wxWindow &$parent, integer $winid, wxDirection $dir=wxLEFT, wxPoint $pos=wxDefaultPosition, wxSize $size=wxDefaultSize, integer $style, string $name=wxBannerWindowNameStr )

Full constructor provided for consistency with the other classes only.

Create
